Staff Training
We are committed to providing industry lead common induction training, and ongoing training for all staff. Our management team will carry out regular checks which may include speaking to you to find out how we are doing, and to maintain our high standards of care.
At EliMay we want to ensure our care teams stay small and relevant to the care we deliver, your views are important to us.
Our staff receive Industry lead Common induction Standards and must obtain level 2 diploma or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
All staff will receive regular reviews and attend supervision meetings to maintain our high quality and standards
Our services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)*who regulate all registered care providers in England.
